At Hannah's Home ALF our goal is to ensure the transition into assisted living is as smooth as possible. We provide Assisted Living services, Memory Care for Dementia, Respite Care and Adult Day Care. The focus of our Healthcare Professionals is to provide affordable and quality assistance with daily living so you can enjoy the lifestyle you have worked so hard for.
Adult Day Care
Hannah's Home ALF Adult Day Care service is a custom combination of activities, entertainment and companionship. Hannah's Home offers Adult Day Care during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday. Meals and snacks are included. Day Service is designed to support residents and their caregiver that may have a demanding schedule, family responsibilities or other obligations.
Respite Care
Hannah’s Home ALF provides Respite Care services. Caring for a loved one can be a full time responsibility. Respite is short-term care in an assisted living community which can be as short as a few days, or as long as a few months. Respite Care is an option for seniors' recovering from a hospital visit, illness, and for family members who need some personal time or may have an emergency.
